Lunchtime classes.

PROPOSED SCHEDULE FOR ADULT LUNCHTIME CLASSES.

Ok guys, below you will find the first draft for lunchtime classes, hopefully this will go live from week commencing Monday 14th June. There has been an interest in bjj classes mainly from guys who work shifts and struggle to attend regulary, so, there will be a couple classes which will cover the material which Peter is currently teaching. Thai boxing will fill the other slots with the concentration on the correct basics of muay thai.. Classes will last approx 1 hour at a cost of £6 per class to be paid in cash prior to the class starting. Cheers. Matt.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12pm to 1pm Thai boxing.

Wednesdays and Fridays 12pm to 1pm Brazilian ju-jitsu.
